Trusting God (Part 1)
Is it irresponsible to trust God too much?
Surely authentic trust in God does not mean that we should take no action ourselves…but does that mean we should always plan to do everything by our own power?
Trusting God is a day to day (actually moment by moment) journey which requires commitment and is certainly filed with adventure!
Do you agree with this statement?
Isaiah 12:2 (NKJV)
Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.’”
Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Daniel 3:16-17 (NKJV)
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”
“Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God” quote by,

We will focus our thoughts on the Biblical understanding of putting out trust in God. The Bible teaches us that there is incredible benefits that come to those who trust God.
