September 9th 2018 “How Well Do You Listen to the Holy Spirit?”
For several weeks we have been looking at the “Seven Letters to the Seven Churches” found in Revelation 2 and 3. There are 3 truths that God revealed in all seven of the letters to all the churches:
1. “I know you”
2. “A Call to Repentance”
3. “Hear what the Spirit has to say”
This Sunday September 9 we will consider the closing statement that is found in all seven letters. 6 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’

Matthew 13:14-16 Jesus said - 14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; 15 For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed…
